Epiphany has been an enormous asset to our programs in ways we couldn’t have imagined.  Epiphany guided us through creating a social marketing plan, which has allowed us to better understand who, how and why people age 55 and older value volunteering in their community. Our program has struggled to recruit volunteers since returning from the COVID-19 pause in services.  Under Epiphany’s guidance, we were able to drill down into exactly what we needed to know to be successful: understanding where to focus our recruitment efforts, why people are hesitant about volunteering, and identifying the impact volunteering has on those who actively serve.  

We did not realize how haphazardly we had approached recruitment and marketing until we began working with Epiphany.  She helped us identify our specific goals, understand our strengths and challenges, define the most effective subset of the population on which to focus our recruitment efforts, and specify key messages they need to hear to ease their hesitations.  Epiphany then provided us with a very specific, actionable plan for marketing and outreach.  Since working with her, we have steadily recruited new volunteers because we know exactly how to target our limited resources.
